How to request deletion
If account features are enabled for you, use the account area in the Unopasa app or website to request deletion. If that option is not available, message us from the footer and include the email or phone number connected to your account.
What gets deleted
We remove account profile information and personal data linked to your account where possible. Some security, legal, payment, audit or abuse-prevention records may be retained when required.
Processing time
Account deletion requests may take up to 30 days to complete.
